About Pirate Theater

Pirate Theater is a student-run comedy troupe in Alfred, NY (you've never heard of it, mapquest barely has). The Pirates are made up of some pretty terrible actors from Alfred University for the most part, though Alfred State across the street has been well represented by a few brave souls. The terrible acting is by design. If you won't laugh with us, at least we can give you something to laugh at for an hour or two. Shows are whenever we get around to writing and scheduling them and we get our ideas by selling our souls to the devil (if you try out and we accept you, it is required you drink some human blood). We've been running since 1995 and with no end in sight you'll have to enjoy or deal with us for years to come
